In the Grand Belizean Estates subdivision located adjacent to the beachfront Ambergris Bay subdivision known as the “secret beach area” this larger lot offers 100 ft X 100 ft and just a 5-minute golf cart ride to the “secret beach” area on the western shore….fast becoming popular and lot prices in this area rising! At this time there are no services to this subdivision but very common for owners to install solar or generators for electric power, collection systems for rainwater/cistern, and or drill to have a sweet water well….all possible! Currently, there are very limited overnight accommodations at the secret beach area and demand is growing for such accommodations!
