5057 Ambergris Bay/Secret Beach Area

Ambergris Bay Subdivision is located on the western shore of Ambergris Caye and is more commonly referred to as the “Secret Beach Area”. Currently, there is only a single road leading from the developed eastern shore to this western shore and leading to the developing area along the beach in this subdivision. This single lot, Parcel 8168, is located along this road and offers approximately 4500 sq ft of land in a 50 ft x 90 ft dimension. At this time there are no services available to this lot but as more development occurs, and traffic increases, this lot is easily accessible and road front lots will acquire services before other lots. The existing road is marked below in red with the lot location marked in yellow.
