NORTH ISLAND BEACHFRONT

The Punta Azul subdivision is located approximately 11 miles north of San Pedro Town in the most picturesque area of the Island. The north end of Ambergris Caye is well known for its easy access to the fertile sport fishing grounds of Rocky Point and the Bacalar Chico World Heritage site. Pristine coral reefs, tranquil white sand beaches, towering coconut trees, and untouched natural beauty are just a few of the attractions here. The new Margaritaville Resort is located approximately ¼ mile north of these properties and is scheduled to open later this year.

Lots 10 (beachfront) and 15 are being offered as a package (they are individually titled) and together they provide 72 feet of beachfront by 280 feet deep (approximately ½ an acre). The land is high with no fill needed. Electricity runs at the back of lot 15 which is where the road will be. The property has easy boat access, electricity, high speed internet, and cell service. You can drive to the property by cart or ATV which takes approximately 40 minutes from town (2 miles of the drive is on the beach as there is no road for the last stretch).
